For november this hot and steamy actor plays Dr. Mark Sloan on Grey's anatomy. He is a plastic surgrean that comes to Seattle Grace, with one goal in mind. Addison! It basically a whole mess that I won't get into, because between Dr. Mcdreamy, Addison, and Dr. McSteamy it's drama and a headache. His real name in life is Eric Dane, but we all know him as Dr. Mcsteamy. Dr. Mcsteamy came about when Meredith gave him that name because he was just as hot as Dr. Mcdreamy, except he's a prick most of the time, and is only nice when he wants something. This San Franisco based man is 6 feet tall and is unfortuntly married. We we can all still dream can't we?

ways to maintain a Healthy level of insanity

1. At lunch time, SIT in your parked car with sunglasses on and point a hair dryer at passing cars. See if they slow down......

Well, It's looks like I closer to my goal weight than I thought. i get weighed every two weeks. Hooray for me! i just have to keep this up. just 15 more pounds to go!
