I put my aquarium together all by myself!!
It's a small one gallon tank that is pink. I have never put together a aquarium before.
And tomorrow I go pick up Leopold, Sasquatch, and Frank.
I' m SO Excited!!

National Coffee Day

I don't know who declared September 29 as National Coffee Day, but why not? Coffee is the most wonderful beverage and it surely deserves a national day of respect.What would life be without coffee? Most of us cannot handle a few hours without coffee. It is time we set aside a day of reverence for coffee. How to celebrate? Coffee houses and chains are celebrating by giving away free coffee at certain times. All teachers and home-schooler parents, you can get a free cup at Starbucks today. Go for it!

Who would not one this beautiful cute pit bull.

If I had the space I would snatch up this pit bull! I decided a long time ago that If I ever owned a dog, a pit bull is the way to go. The face is what makes me go " awwww". Never mind that they are guard dogs, and everyone is afraid when they see them. They are only that way when you train them to be that way. Look at the Face!!!!!!!!!!!

This pitbull is a rescue from a family that was abusing him and not feeding him. :(

Halloween Time!

Not only is October one of the best months because of Ocktober fest, but it is amazing because at Disneyland they deck out the place for Halloween time. There are pumpkins and Autumn festive decorations every where. The haunted Mansion is turned in to the nightmare before Christmas. Plus you can buy the sweets that are made just for this time on main street! It's amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Just another reason the season Fall is awesome.

Shocked! Shocked! I'm Shocked!
I was just reading an email from one of my friends that just made my jaw drop! She was scheduled for surgery, and during the ultrasound pre op exam, she found out she was 13 weeks pregnant. She was using the new form of birth control called a IUD, and they also were using condoms. She still turned up pregnant! Two form of birth control and she still turned up pregnant! The IUD are suppose to be in the top line of birth control there is. That is what making my jaw drop! If condoms and birth control don't stop you from becoming pregnant, what does?I mean people fully trust in these products to do what they are suppose to do.

I guess the bottom line is if God wants you to have a baby, no amount of birth control is going to help you.

It's never dull

I have to say, that Lady GaGa is amazing overall. She really shows that the whole music industry is one big circus. Her performance are never boring to watch. From her singing to her very, very odd sense of fashion. She one of the people in Hollywood that isn't afraid to push the limits and put out what isn't out there yet. she definitely has the world at her feet waiting for what she is show us next.

zoo stories

I have been volunteering at the Santa Ana zoo for the last 7 months. i have recently been certified as a docent, which is a tour guide for the zoo. As a docent a give tours around the zoo for grade schools that come in. We also do animal handling for animals presentations for guests and groups that also come in to the zoo. So I'm having these Zoo stories for the experiences that I will be experiencing at the zoo.

Two weeks ago, my class and i were walking around the zoo looking at all the plants in the zoo. we were with one the of docents that specializes in plants. "Plant Day!" is what we called it. As we were walking around the zoo, we noticed that ALL the animals we were a little off the wall that morning and just acting up. What the docent pointed out was the vet was on scene and all the animals now knew it. The golden loin tamerins were making the most noise. It was a high pitch screaming howl. Something that you don't what we be standing next to when the vet comes walking by, because it only gets louder.
All the moneys in the zoo swinging and running back and forth like crazy, plus the noises they were making. It was really wierd and kinda scary. My first thought that there was going to be an earthquake. Nope! just the vet!
